The Client: Calming Waters Counseling Services

Here’s a group practice website design for Calming Waters Counseling Services, a growing and versatile private group practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. They needed a re-designed website that reflected their approach and properly represented all of the ways that they can serve their clients.

What we did on this group practice website design:

I worked closely with Amanda, the practice owner, to understand her goals for their new website and what type of design would best represent the work that they do. We did a content interview and a refresh of the website content, to bring everything up to date. Then we embarked on the design phase, using the water and beach imagery throughout the new site to create a peaceful and cohesive feel.

I had many struggles with website designers prior to working with Strong Roots. From the first phone call, Sarah was extremely helpful – even in helping me know what to ask so I didn’t run into another disaster. When she says she takes this off your plate – she LITERALLY takes it off of your plate. It was refreshing! She gets it and is so easy to work with. She values your opinion and your vision and has a very unique way of bringing that to light! I don’t plan on going anywhere else for my website needs.
